Breeder, producer and ripener of pure farmhouse goat's cheese, Mathilde and Guillaume welcome you to their goat farm to share their passion and explain the farm's activities: animal care, milking, daily accompaniment of the goat herd in the mountains, production of different pure goat's cheeses. The tour ends with a visit to the ripening rooms and a cheese tasting accompanied by a glass of Jurançon: tomme de chèvre, Crabotin d?Aydius in the style of Reblochon, the goat raclette cheese "la montagnette affinée au Jurançon" and the new Camembert and Brie de chèvre.
The Iseye beehives produce delicious honey, which can be found in the Espace Bouc'tique, offering a wide range of local products: cheese, jam, duck, Gascon pork, Jurançon wine, local beer and donkey's milk soap.
