The Luisenea farm is located in the heart of the Basque mountains, in the Guermiette district of Saint Etienne de Baïgorry.
You are visiting a farm of a producer of Ossau-Iraty PDO ewe's milk cheese. You discover a passionate cheese maker and taste his quality cheese. We welcome you on reservation and we assure the visits from the beginning of April to the end of November. Direct sales are assured every day.
