Description

Discover the ewe's milk cheese in the Ossau-Iraty appellation and benefiting from the Idoki quality charter. Facing the Pyrenees mountain range, from the Rhune to the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, you will be able to see the flock of Manech red-headed ewes.
Visit every Tuesday from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm of the farm, cheese making and possibility to accompany the flock in the field.
