In Hélette, a stone's throw from the Baigura leisure centre on the Louhossoa road, plunge into the magic of traditions. Located between Hasparren and Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, discover all the secrets of pastoralism and Basque cheese by visiting a museum space of 220 m2.
Within a "cayolar" (shepherd's hut) reconstituted identically, Joanes will reveal to you through a self-guided tour, the Basque Country, its traditions. You will discover the Agour cheese factory, elected twice best cheese in the world.
