Description
In Hauterive, in her laboratory, Valérie makes her wonders. The dough is entirely homemade, and the shaping and packaging are also done by hand. Thanks to a semi-automated tool, production can rise to 1,000 packs a week. Valérie is very attached to this artisanal, family-run production method, which contributes to introducing young people to good things, and brings back fond memories for the not-so-young.
