Domaine Courège-Longue
Description
A small estate in the Buzet AOC, Domaine Courège-Longue is dedicated to organic viticulture and the full expression of its terroir. Overlooking the Garonne valley, the vineyard is planted on a sandy-clay gravel terroir.
The vines are grown organically, with a focus on moderate grape production (30hl to 40hl/ha). Grapes are harvested by hand, and vinified in traditional Burgundy vats with manual trapping. Pressing is carried out on presses dating from 1930, and the wine is aged in Bordelais barrels.
