Ferme de Souleilles
Description
In the heart of the Pays de Serres, the farm of Souleilles has kept the know-how of the breeder who loves animals and cares about their well being. You will discover how she raises her ducks and turns them into foie gras, confits, cassoulets, from the reception of the duckling to the kitchens through the feeding rooms.. During summer, you are welcome under the plum trees for the Farmer Markets, where you will find several producers.
