Jérôme is passionate about bees. A beekeeper at heart, he understands their essential role in the production of our food and loves to share his passion with his 100% honeys harvested around Morcenx-la-Nouvelle.
You can find Jérôme and his partner at the Morcenx-la-Nouvelle market on Wednesday mornings, selling acacia, bourdaine, heather and chestnut honeys? gingerbread and cosmetics.
Jérôme is also a swarm catcher and wasp and hornet exterminator.
