Ferme Tauzia
Description
The Tauzia farm, near the Romanesque church of Brocas, stands on the slopes of the Chalosse, of which it is a proud representative. Discover the open-air breeding of goslings and geese with foie gras, watch the feeding of the ducks before stopping at the shop to buy foie gras, confits, duck breasts stuffed with foie gras and other rillettes, all produced on the farm. A small farmer's museum with the old tools of the former gourmets serves as a showcase for this unmissable shop.
