Château Fourcas Dupré

Owned by the Pagès family for 50 years, Château Fourcas Dupré change ownership in 2019.
It was in July 2019 that Gerard Jicquel, Breton entrepreneur, purchased the estate. Having always been a wine lover, his passion for Bordeaux wines is especially profound.

Following in the Pagès Family’ footsteps, he gives Château Fourcas Dupré a new momentum as it becomes a benchmark within its class, known as hight-quality wine with an accessible price point.

Château Fourcas Dupré is a member of « Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux », the « Académie du Vin de Bordeaux » and the « Commanderie du Bontemps du Médoc ».

The 47 hectares vineyard is one of the only sites with a significant deposit of gravel from Pyrenees mountain range. This makes for one of the best terroirs of the appellation. Another advantage is that it is situated at the highest point in the Médoc region.
