A unique vineyard, located on sunny hillsides, south of Sarlat, at the heart of a protected natural setting, facing the impressive fortress of Château de Biron.... Two enthusiastic wine-makers decided to bring this place back to life, planting old grape varieties to produce Organic wine!
From the start, Vincent and Gilles have never used chemical pesticides or fertilizers, in observance of the AB label.
They make their own green fertilizers and share their knowledge and expertise.
You can also stay on-site in their self-catering accommodation.
The estate is open for visitors: come to discover Organic production techniques and the fauna and flora of these hillsides.
