As a Tourisme Gourmand (Gourmet Tourism) Ambassador, Marie loves to share recipes for sweet Landes treats in the marketplaces. In Terres de Chalosse, the whole landscape is perfumed with delicious aromas. Truly tasty treasures await! Pastry chef Marie specializes in local sweets. She will be happy to reveal her secrets to southwestern French cuisine to help you prepare your Gascon-style apple tart (tourtière). You’ll knead the dough until it is as thin as can be, slice the apples and then bake your pie. Marie will guide you through each step to ensure your tourtière is the best! At the end of the lesson, you’ll leave with your tart in hand.
