Cannery/Shop open all year round from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6.30pm. Direct sale of goose and duck foie gras (certified origin Périgord), ready-made meals. Present on the market of Salignac. Open house from 17 July to 26 August (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm) with a visit to the workshop and tasting.
