The Auberge des Marthres was created in a XVIth century Gentilhommière in the heart of the Périgord Noir in the commune of Salignac Eyvigues, near Sarlat in Dordogne and all the tourist sites (Sarlat, Lascaux, Rocamadour...). Typical Perigord farm. Productions: Fat ducks, truffles, walnut grove, cereals, wheat, barley, corn. Products offered: Preserved duck from the farm: foie gras, pâté, confit, walnut oil, rillettes, gizzards, walnuts in shell and kernels, stuffed neck, duck breast filled with foie gras. Workshop of transformation on the spot. Sales at the farm all year round.
Inn open from 01/04 to 30/09 except Mondays. Groups welcome all year round by appointment.
