Know Before You Go
Timings:
The Gallery is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:15 AM - 6:50 PM. The Gallery is closed on Monday.
Your ticket is valid only on the selected date and time.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entrance time to the ticket counter where you can exchange your mobile voucher for a physical ticket.
Last admission is at 4:45 PM.
Child Ticket:
Entry for those below the age of 18, regardless of nationality, is free.
Ticketing Information:
Kindly note that your tickets allow to skip the entry line into the gallery. However, there may be a wait at the ticket counter at Gate number 3 when you're exchanging your voucher for the physical ticket.
You will then have to gain entry at gate number 1 through the People with Reservation Entry. You will still have to go through security check.
Due to security reasons, the gallery can only accommodate a certain number of people at any given time so, if space allows, you may be moved to a slightly earlier or later time slot upon arrival.
Reduced price option is available at the gallery for European Union citizens. Your ID's will be checked at the entrance.

Ticket Delivery Information
How To Use Your Ticket
You will receive an email with your mobile voucher within 20 minutes of your purchase. No need to print. Please display the same on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the ticket counter at Entrance 3 to exchange your mobile voucher for a physical ticket, after which you can head to Entrance 1 and head in (look for the 'People with Reservations' sign). Please note that you will still have to go through security check. It is advisable to reach 20-30 mins before your time slot.
Additional Information
All large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas must be left at the cloakroom. There is no charge for this.
Please buy any souvenirs before leaving the gallery as you can’t enter the museum again without a valid ticket.
The venue is wheelchair friendly and guests with any disability will be helped by the staff.
