Mathieu Solle has been celebrating the traditions of the South West of France for 15 years.
Bigorre black pork, Gascon pigs, Tarbais beans.
Mathieu took over the family farm and milk production in 2004. After the first milk crisis in 2006, Mathieu began to diversify his business by producing Tarbais beans on 7 hectares, then in 2015 he started breeding Bigorre black pigs and Gascon cows, gradually abandoning his Blonde d'Aquitaine. Today Mathieu is not only a fattener, he is also a breeder, rearing 200 pigs and 40 cows.
