As a butcher and livestock farmer, the shop sources its meat from free-range Duroc pigs and Parthenais cattle raised on the farm, ensuring exceptional quality. Meats, charcuterie, and cured meats are produced on-site in keeping with the Ardennes region’s traditions. In addition to the shop in Nassogne, a second butcher shop welcomes you in Rochefort.
