PARCOURS D'ORIENTATION
Description
Come and discover and practise this sport for all levels in the Bois des Escoumes, in a privileged natural setting.
Orienteering can be practised at any age:
- as a leisure activity, where the pleasure of walking in the countryside is added to that of choosing your route to find the markers.
- in competition, where the aim is to choose the best route while running fast.
There are 3 routes to choose from, depending on your level (downloadable from the local council website).
The equipment needed for Orienteering is basic and accessible to all: a pair of trainers, a map and, if necessary, a compass.
