This park is located 5 minutes from downtown and features a 21-hectare lake where swimming is permitted in the summer. It offers sailing and kayaking schools, rowing sessions led by certified instructors, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, sailing, and paddle kayaking.
Fitness trail and orienteering course, beach volleyball, disc golf, table tennis, home-ball, boules and pétanque courts, bocce, pump track, archery, playgrounds, picnic areas, fishing spots (1st and 2nd categories), supervised swimming (mid-May to late August), activities for all during the summer, sports and festive events.
Bourg-en-Bresse Golf Course: open daily in a lush green setting. Free introductory lessons for adults, by registration.

Open from May 18 to August 28, 2026, every day of the week.

- Ice cream food truck (artisanal ice cream)
Smoke-free area:
To combine recreation and health while ensuring relaxation, the beach (grass and sand) and playgrounds, located between the lake and the path, are smoke-free areas. Smokers are asked to leave this area and use the ashtrays to dispose of their cigarette butts
Access for People with Disabilities:
Access to the beach is made easier with the availability, if needed, of an amphibious wheelchair (Tiralo-type) and a cart to transport people with disabilities.
The park is also equipped with accessible restrooms and signage indicating access points and services.
