In my cutlery shop, I offer you my own creations and those of our regional craftsmen.
As well as popular knives such as Opinel, Laguiole, Thiers, etc.

To help you with your projects, I offer the following services:
- The creation of made-to-measure knives using different materials for the handle and the choice of steels according to the intended use.
- Direct sales of knives with personalised advice
- Sharpening of all types of knives
- Creation of professional knives (for butchers, restaurateurs, etc.)
- Leatherwork with hand-drawn and hand-stitched seams
- Wood engraving to personalise the handle of your knife

Cutlery training and courses
Alexandre Vital offers a range of introductory courses in cutlery, to suit all levels and budgets.

Each trainee leaves with a knife of their own making, worth around half the cost of the course.

For those on a smaller budget, or for a first discovery, we also offer a half-day course dedicated to the creation of the Vital folding knife.
