Dedicated to Saint-Martin, this church with its imposing façade dates from the reconstruction following the First World War.
The previous church had been razed to the ground during the fighting, and the one before you was built in 1929 (before being officially inaugurated in 1934).
Its architect was Albert-Paul Müller - who also designed the nearby buildings at Martigny-Courpierre and Brancourt-en-Laonnois - and its construction is entirely in the Art Deco style (notably the use of concrete and the work on the stained glass windows).
Of particular note is the underground sacristy beneath the choir, with its uncharacteristic northerly aspect, and of course the fascinating blue colour of the interior, which is not to be missed! (It is often open to visitors at weekends).
