Truffière-Ferme La Massinie
Description
Located in the Isle Valley between Bergerac and Périgueux, La Ferme de la Massinie is a 13th-century fortified house surrounded by more than 6 hectares of land and offering magnificent views.
La Ferme de la Massinie has a truffle farm that is over 15 years old and another that is much more recent.
Guided tours allow visitors to discover the secrets of how they work and how truffles are hunted.
The tours are followed by a tasting session featuring products from Gascon black pig farming, homemade truffle butter and a glass of Pécharmant red wine.
Meals are available on site by reservation.
