We've also paid particular attention to our cheese and charcuterie area. We have entrusted our cheese section to Xavier, the best craftsman in France in Toulouse. For our charcuterie section, we wanted to get off the beaten track and offer you a range of quality Italian and Iberian charcuterie, without ever forgetting our initial philosophy of being accessible to all, which is why we have eliminated all middlemen and work directly with the producers in each of the two countries...
