Les Cagouilles de Romain
Description
Romain raises around 30,000 snails a year outdoors. Forage radish, forage turnip and clover plantain are the basis of their diet. Romain manages every stage of the process, from breeding and processing to marketing. After processing, preparations are made using local products (butter, vegetables, white wine). Now it's time for tasting. A selection of these products can be found in the Maison du Thouarsais boutique.
