Le Prévert d'Aubisse

In the heart of the Périgord Vert region, Le Prévert d'Aubisse has been cultivating a 2,000 m² paradise of organic flowers and edible plants for the past 4 years. Here, biodiversity reigns supreme: little tillage, living hedges, preserved wild corners? and a hundred or so species to delight the senses!
From spring to autumn, restaurateurs and the curious alike find treasures here: fresh flowers, aromatic herbs, infusions, pestos, syrups, vinegars or confits? all transformed on site in a charming chalet-labo.
You'll find Le Prévert at local markets and fairs, and in summer, visits are by appointment for a tasty stroll through nature and gourmet delights.
