Description
In a pretty country setting, Clément, Jacqueline and François LEBRUN produce ciders, apple juice, vinegars, Calvados, Norman aperitifs, as well as jams, including a Pomme au Calvados jam, and some cheeses from neighboring farms in the Pays d'Auge.
They concoct the famous teurgoule, a traditional Norman dessert, which they also sell at the Houlgate market.
