Coopérative Agricole LORCA
Description
The LORCA agricultural cooperative, with two farming partners, currently produces 70 tonnes of field vegetables in Moselle.
Its aim is to develop Moselle production in this sector in order to supply local school canteens with 100% local, nutritious and environmentally-friendly produce.
MOSL's carrots, celeriac, white cabbage and red cabbage are proof of this.
