Description
On his farm in Nonards, Patrice Bisotto is gradually developing his small walnut oil production business.
Since 2009, he has been harvesting walnuts from his 2.5 ha of walnut trees, some of which he processes into first cold-pressed oil. He turns this nut into a precious product with multiple virtues, guaranteeing its nutritional qualities.
His handcrafted oil is fruity and fragrant, ideal for seasoning small dishes or for use in the bathroom.
