Les Violons du Merle

The violin workshop "Les violons du Merle" takes care of the quartet's instruments (violin, viola, cello), as well as double basses. Services include maintenance, restoration, sales and rental.
Attracted to music as a child, and later introduced to the violin, Stéphanie Merle learned how to make and restore bowed stringed instruments overseas. She then acquired her experience in various workshops in Europe, and may be called upon to work on instruments from other families, such as lutes or baroque viols, as well as more traditional instruments. Her leitmotivs? To serve music, to satisfy musicians, to enable them to find or rediscover their musical partner, whether for work or pleasure, while maintaining a spirit of ethics and conservation as a craftswoman.
