It is in a former coaching inn, on the edge of the picturesque village of Quinson that the BERNE family chose in 1952 to open its doors to lovers of Provence and its sunny cuisine. On the terrace, under the hundred-year-old plane trees or in the Provençal dining room, duck magret with honey from the Valensole plateau, scrambled truffles, feet and packets, roast lamb and homemade desserts will delight your taste buds.
