


In 2017, Julie decided to open her cheese dairy in Yvoir. Although she initially sourced her milk from outside, she now produces her cheeses using milk from her own goats. Julie manages everything from A to Z, from breeding through to production and sales. She also has ewes, but continues to buy her cow's milk cheese from outside sources. Julie makes a full range of soft cheeses, tommes, hard cheeses, fromage frais, maquée and yahourts, which she sells in her shop.
