Since 1991, Sabine and Thierry Hensgens-Bruwier have built a solid reputation in Mettet in the province of Namur by focusing on quality farmhouse products and putting their know-how and passion for the trade at the service of their customers.Sabine was voted one of Belgium's best cheese-makers. With her husband, they offer cheese, game and poultry as well as home-made preparations. They carefully select regional cheeses to satisfy their customers.
