Discover bison meat and charcuterie in the authentic setting of a vaulted caussenarde sheepfold. Specialties: bison steak, bison burger, bison bourguignon.
A la carte, adult menus from €20 to €30. Children's menus at €9 and €13. Indoor dining room and outdoor terrace.

Open from 12pm to 2pm, and from 7pm to 8pm (evenings by reservation only).
From September 1, open weekends only until October 13, 2024.

Reception open from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m, Inn open for lunch only between 12pm and 2pm. (Reduced map). From 01/07 to 31/08/2025, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
