Les Fleurines
Description
Located in the commune of Nonards, Les Fleurines is a family farm established in 1994.
Initially based on dairy cow production for cheese processing, in 2016 it turned to nut and cereal production.
Nathalie Bonnet and Gilles Veyssière work with walnuts from their own farm, using traditional methods.
The Fleurines have no shortage of gourmet ideas. A wide range of products derived from walnuts are produced and offered: walnut oil, salted roasted walnuts, walnut-based aperitifs...
On the Beaulieu and Beynat markets from April to November.
