Les Moutons de Fernand / SCEA les Vergers de l'Ecureuil

Les Moutons de Fernand is a free-range breeding operation for Hampshire Down ewes. The ewes and lambs are grass-fed, mainly under walnut trees in the Dordogne, for direct sale of grass-fed lambs in boxes. The family farm also grows three varieties of walnut trees for the production of walnuts in shell, dried or fresh, walnut kernels and walnut oil. Fruit and oil are sold directly from the farm and through cooperatives.
