Fed on grass and hay from natural meadows, their organic milk produces 3 raw-milk cheeses in the pure Normandy tradition, preserving the authentic taste: Pavé d?Auge, Montavigny, and Pont l?Evêque PDO.
Mr Jean-Luc Gaugain, who continues the family history of the farm, and his team are happy to let you discover and taste them, and to share their 100% ecological practices.
A sales outlet on site enables you to buy the cheeses and other local products. You can also order by phone and schedule your pick-up.
