Les caprices de Lescun
Description
A small farm with around 30 Pyrenean goats and 30 Béarnaise ewes, in the magnificent village of Lescun cirque, all the milk produced is milked by hand and processed on the farm into lactic-type cheeses and mixed-milk tome. The animals enjoy the mountain outdoors all year round, and the cheese can be tasted on site or taken away. Visits are free during opening hours.
