Single-storey cottage (access by 1 step), combining comfort and modernity, in the heart of a property of the early nineteenth century with its mansion and park of 3 hectares. The cottage is independent, adjoining another cottage, overlooking the park.
Living room/kitchen, a bedroom with bed 160x200, bathroom with toilet. Radio, stereo. Fans.
Laundry room to share with the other cottage (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board). Private area with courtyard and garden.
To share with the other cottage, the guest rooms and the owners: land of 3 hectares, table tennis, boulodrome, swimming pool 14x 8 m heated by a heat pump (open from June 1st to September 26th). 2 bicycles (for adults) available.
Possibility motorcycles garage.
Baby equipment: cot with mattress, booster seat, footboard, changing mat, baby dishes, playpen, potty.
