Le Moulin du Chély
Description
Lucie and Nicolas, who run the Moulin du Chély in Lalinde, grow organically-farmed walnut trees in the Dordogne. Their products are meticulously processed to preserve their nutritional qualities and bring out all their flavors: walnut shells, walnut kernels, walnut oil and walnut flour, as well as walnut spreads.
