A genuine Saint-Léonard de Noblat speciality, discover "La Boulangerie Pâtisserie Coignac" style marzipan.
Marzipan consists of three ingredients which, when mixed together, produce fabulous golden cakes that are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and melt in your mouth!
Its special feature: whole almonds are coarsely chopped and then mixed with sugar and egg whites. A real delight to be found in pastry shops!
