Description
A genuine Saint-Léonard de Noblat speciality, discover "La Maison du Massepain" style marzipan.
Marzipan consists of three ingredients which, when mixed together, produce fabulous golden cakes that are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and melt in your mouth!
What makes it so special: whisk the egg whites until stiff, then fold in the almond powder and powdered sugar. A real delight to be found in the patisserie!
