Description

A genuine Saint-Léonard de Noblat speciality, discover "La Boulangerie de la Place" style marzipan.
Marzipan is made from three ingredients which, when mixed together, create fabulous golden cakes that are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and melt in your mouth!
What makes it so special is that you mix the almond powder with the sugar, then fold in the egg whites and sugar. A real delight to be found in the patisserie!
