Pisciculture La Fon Pepy
Description
Linette and Anthony have taken over the Pisciculture de Fon Pepy, where they grow trout. Fresh, smoked or processed into rillettes or galettes, you can find them at the markets in Piégut-Pluviers, Excideuil, Brantôme and Thiviers. From March onwards, fishing on the estate will be possible for cardholders.
