GAEC Les champis de l'Antre-deux-Mers

Stone quarries, first exploited in the early 19th century, are now home to our organically grown mushrooms. These underground quarries offer ideal conditions for our mushrooms (temperature, hygrometry, etc.). So we offer organic products at a price everyone can afford. We distribute our products locally, within a 50 km radius. We work closely with local farmers, AMAPs, markets and restaurants, and sell directly from the quarry every Saturday morning.
