Description
La Voie Lactée brewery is so named because it is brewed in former milk tanks converted into brewing tanks.
In 2019, Denis Grenier will produce 5 ranges of top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beers:
- Andromède, the blonde
- Altaïr, amber
- Eclipsis, dark
- Céphée, white
- Alpha du Centaure, the session IPA
All our beers are hand-brewed in accordance with brewing traditions and hygiene standards. The brewer uses French malt and Alsatian hops.
