In the former mushroom cellar in Scorbé-Clairvaux, made available to Le Ressort, we aim to meet local needs for fresh mushrooms and thus encourage short supply chains.
Growing mushrooms in a cellar also means respecting the environment (constant temperature, high hydrometry and natural air circulation). What's more, production takes place in a tuffeau cellar, enabling us to offer products that are rich in flavor.
