Moutarde de Lencloître - Condimentus

Created in the 18th century by the convent?s apothecary sisters, MOUTARDE DE LENCLOÎTRE is back!
If the history of this mustard begins in Lencloître, its re-discovery began a few kilometers away, at the Château de Saint-Bonnet; and more precisely in two trunks, forgotten in the attic of the property for over a century.
Discovered in 2019, it took two years of research and experimentation to rediscover the proportions, often missing from the original manuscript, so that these exceptional mustards could finally return to our tables!
From May 2023, the mustard factory will be open to the public by appointment.
