




Located in the Ossau valley, the Ambielle farm and the Castaing family continue a long tradition in Laruns. The ewes graze 9 months out of 12, fed with forage from the farm. In summer, they head off into the mountains to the estives. Estive cheese is made on the Pombie estive. Three generations work hand in hand to make the most of the passion that unites them.
