Chambres d'hôtes - 4 pers - 2 ch -Saint-Sulpice le Guérétois

Our house is located in the countryside very close to Guéret (4 km). Close to the 2 x2 lane (1km)- Exit 49. We offer 2 bedrooms: one on the 2nd floor with a 140 cm bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a small sofa. The other on the 1st floor has a 160 cm bed, bedside table, wardrobe, armchair and desk.
The bathroom, shared by both bedrooms, is on the 1st floor, with bath, washbasin and toilet.
Breakfast includes bread, rusks, jam, butter, coffee, tea, fruit juice, seasonal fruit and/or dried fruit. In summer, breakfast is served on the covered terrace in front of the pool, and in winter in the family kitchen with its open fire.
The swimming pool is available in summer, and we discuss reasonable use with you, as it is shared with the owner.
