Ferme des Glycines

"Hello, I'm Eric, an organic dairy farmer since 2010 in Saint-Jean-d'Elle, near Saint-Lô in Manche. I produce organic stirred yogurt with the milk from my Normandy cows, which are exclusively fed with organic grass and forage.

My yogurt is:

- a simple recipe: fresh organic milk of the day and cultures (nothing simpler!)

- a simple way to consume: in pots and pouches to reduce packaging, while preserving the quality and freshness of organic yogurt. I distribute it locally through short circuits for collective catering and in stores.
